The Story

“I have to warn you, that Adam is a horrible picture taker. He just can’t have a good smile in a picture!”

Lyndsay warned me over coffee when we first met. I told her that it reminded me of an episode of Friends, when Monica and Chandler are taking an engagement picture and comes off too goofy when smiling. I told her not to worry, we weren’t there to capture some lame posed smiling picture. We were going to capture their love for each other.¬†

Which is funny, because it was that big goofy smile that attracted Lyndsay to Adam. While working at her family’s restaurant he would come in regularly, sit down with his smile and eat. Usually, it is the guy that has to make the first move, but in this case it was Lyndsay.

“I gave him my number and pretty much demanded that he ask me out.”

Both avid football fans, dog lovers and fun lovers. Lyndsay and Adam are the type of couple any photographer would kill for. They are a hoot. I am so excited to shoot their wedding next year. It is going to be just like them. Amazing.

Pasadena has some wonderful community parks and gardens. Good timing because I am sure they don’t look the same after a horrible wind storm that hit the Los Angeles area.

Stunning. I love love the flare.

Those heels. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Two new additions joined us for the second part of the shoot.

Danger? That does not stop us!
