The Story

I’ve been pretty lucky in Los Angeles so far. You hear horror stories about working with certain models, but I’ve had nothing but excellent models (so far). Add Doug King to that list of great people I’ve worked with. When an editorial turns into a session of laughing and attempting not to dance to good music, then you know it has been nothing but a good time.

Doug is new to Los Angeles and he is already getting on many photographers’ lists of models to work with. We got a couple of looks in during our session, but only one of them is shown here. I wanted something simple and classic for the 1st look. Nothing fancy here except some simple clothing choices and natural light in B&W and minimum editing. I have been on a little black and white kick lately, but no worries, I will splash some color into this blog very soon.

Love them. Enjoy!
